BEGINNING CHARCOAL DRAWING FOR ADULTS with Dan Ott
September 6, 13, and 20, at 6 to 8 p.m. at the Pomerene Center for the Arts

Supply List:
1 page of 110 lb paper
1 pack of soft vine charcoal/ willow sticks
1 pack of generals compressed charcoals
1 kneaded rubber eraser
1 roll of masking tape
$45 for Friends ($15 per evening) $60 for Guests ($20 per evening)
Picasso once said, “Every child is an artist, the trick is to remain an artist as you grow up.” Dan Ott says ” Never give up.” and invites you to quench your thirst for art. by learning the tricks and secrets of setting up and drawing a still life. Dan will demonstrate the basics of charcoal drawing in just a few simple steps. Anyone who can see, can be successful in drawing proportionally and in very fine detail.
